PRODUCT DETAILS:

2022 United States Mint Coin Set

SET HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Contains 2 different sealed blister packs with 10 coins each. 1 from the Denver Mint and 1 from the Philadelphia Mint for a total of 20 regular issue coins!
  • From the Philadelphia Mint: A Cent, Nickel, Dime, Half Dollar, Native American Dollar and all 5 of the newly Minted Women's Quarter Program pieces with the likeness of: Maya Angelou, Dr. Sally Ride, Wilma Mankiller, Nina Otero-Warren and Anna May Wong.
  • From the Denver Mint: A Cent, Nickel, Dime, Half Dollar, Native American Dollar and all 5 of the newly Minted Women's Quarter Program pieces with the likeness of: Maya Angelou, Dr. Sally Ride, Wilma Mankiller, Nina Otero-Warren and Anna May Wong.
  • Includes the "P" and "D" Mint Native American Dollars, affectionately called the "Golden Dollar" although it contains no actual Gold! The reverse design for 2022 features Ely S. Parker, depicted in an Army uniform, serving as military secretary to General Ulysses S. Grant during the Civil War. During the surrender at Appomattox, Parker rendered formal surrender documents in his own hand. He is shown with a quill pen, book, and likeness of his graceful signature, as symbols of his experience as an expert communicator. The inscriptions “TONAWANDA SENECA” and “HA-SA-NO-AN-DA” recognize his tribe and birth name. Additional inscriptions are “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and “$1.” The year of minting, mint mark, and “E PLURIBUS UNUM” are incused on the edge.

The 2022 United States Mint Uncirculated Set includes two cards, each containing 10 encapsulated coins with uncirculated finishes. One card holds uncirculated coins from the United States Mint in Philadelphia, and the other holds those minted at Denver. Certificates of authenticity and coin specifications are printed on the back of each card.
