Proof coins are coins that are struck just for collectors. The U.S. Mint uses specially prepared planchets (blanks) and dies. The coins are struck at least twice to give them optimum detail!

I just received my order (2 mint sets and 2 proof sets) in excellent condition and a day early. The coins and their packaging were as good as new even though they were over 25 years old.
