The obverse features Adolph Weinman's famous Walking Liberty Design first used on the 1916-47 Half Dollar. The new design now has the designers initials located on the obverse underneath "In God We Trust."
The reverse design, released as the Type 2 Silver Eagle in 2021, was created by Emily Damstra. It features a bald eagle, wings spread, landing gracefully on a tree branch.
Sovereign coin backed by the United States government with a face value of $1.00 (USD).
