2000 New Hampshire State Quarter Coin - P or D Mint - (UNC) Brilliant Uncirculated 

COIN HIGHLIGHTS:

• Released on 8/7/2000.
• The obverse shows a slightly modified version of the original Washington Quarter. The mint moved some of the wording previously found on the reverse to the obverse in order to make more room for the reverse design for each state. You'll find "United States of America," "In God We Trust," "Liberty," and "Quarter Dollar" all spelled out on the obverse of the quarter as well as the coin's mint mark. 
• The reverse of the New Hampshire Quarter Dollar features an image of "The Old Man of the Mountain" along with the the state motto, "Live Free or Die," and nine stars.
• The natural stone structure known as "The Old Man of the Mountain" collapsed during a fog on May 3, 2003 making the New Hampshire State Quarter a highly collectible classic.
• The New Hampshire State Quarter was released in 2000 along with the Maryland, South Carolina, Massachusetts and Virginia State Quarters.  
• Sovereign coin minted at the U.S. Mint and backed by the United States government with a face value of $0.25.
