The 1995-W Proof Silver Eagle was originally sold only as part of the 10th Anniversary American Eagle Proof Set. The set included 1995-W Proof Gold Eagles in four different sizes along with the 1995-W Proof Silver Eagle. Only 30,125 of the sets were sold, a very small amount when compared to many other proof Silver Eagles which have a mintage of 20 to 30 times that amount.
