Shipping Delay and COVID-19 Update
In these times of unprecedented measures, we wanted to have a place to update our customers. Please find any news or important information related to current processing and shipping times as well as COVID-19 below.
To our valued customers,
We would like to express a heartfelt thank you to all our customers for your continued business and support during these difficult times. In an effort to serve the greater good and to ensure the health of our employees, loved ones, and customers, we will be working on an extremely reduced staff as of Monday, March 30, 2020. We do not take this decision lightly and want to ensure we are doing everything we can to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
On March 26th, the Governor of New Hampshire ordered all non-essential businesses to close. Fortunately, being an e-commerce company, we are able to stay operational and will be continuously working to process and fulfill your orders as quickly as possible.

Processing and Shipping Update: At this time, we are moving forward with reduced staff within the office in an effort to continue to receive and ship orders to customers. Shipments of coins and bullion are arriving daily from suppliers, although there are still delays in our supply chain. As a result of the virus, some of the largest Mints in the world have temporarily suspended operations. We are working with our extensive supplier network to source the inventory you desire. We will be working as hard as possible to ship all available products to customers as quickly as possible. This shortened staff will continue to work in the office with a primary focus to receive and ship orders. We sincerely appreciate your patience in these unprecedented times.
Please note, there is still a potential delay of up to 15+ business days on most bullion orders and up to 10 business days on non-bullion orders.
Customer Service Update: Due to limited staff within the office, customer service response will be delayed. We ask that you please reach out via EMAIL OR LIVE CHAT if at all possible versus via phone. We will be running shortened customer service hours of 10AM - 3PM EDT. If we are unable to answer your phone call during this time period, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please know we will do our best to respond to all customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
If we have to suspend all operations and are unable to ship out orders and/or respond to customer inquiries we will post a notice on the homepage of our website, send out a customer email, and post on our social media pages and update such notices as frequently as required with new information.
What We Are Doing
We continue to use increased sanitation methods within our facility in an effort to keep all of our employees and customers safe. This includes the frequent sanitation of entries and exits, work stations and all common areas, extra hand washing or use of hand sanitizers, as well as wiping down all packages with sanitizing wipes when they enter our facility.
At this time, we have a reduced staff still working in the office. No employees have reported feeling ill nor have they knowingly come into contact with others who are feeling ill or have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. We will continue to monitor the situations with suppliers, shipments, and our facility/employees on a daily basis. Please watch our website, your email inbox, and our social media pages for updates.
We would also like to take a moment to thank all the medical professionals who are battling each and every day for those who have fallen ill. We hope everyone is able to stay safe and healthy.

Processing and Shipping Update: We are working hard and doing everything we can to get orders out to customers as quickly as possible. Please know we appreciate your patience. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification.
All Silver and Gold Bullion orders are experiencing a delay in shipment of 10 to 15+ business days. This is due to supply chain shortage and in part to recent developments in the precious metals markets. Our regularly scheduled shipments of bullion items have been severely delayed but have been on order as usual. It is difficult to have a clear indication of delivery time frame with any bullion orders, but we will ship the items as soon as they arrive in our facility.
Customer Service Update: At this time, operations are still running as normal (to the best of our ability) and we are open for business and answering phones, emails, and live chat during our normal business hours of 9AM to 5PM. If circumstances change, and we have to suspend operations, we will notify customer via e-mail, our website, and social media, as quickly as possible.
