2021-W 1 oz Proof American Silver Eagle Coin - Type I - Gem Proof Condition - w/ Box and COA

COIN HIGHLIGHTS:

• Last issue of the American Proof Silver Eagle with heraldic Eagle on the reverse.  This is one of the lowest mintage proof Silver Eagle in U.S. Mint history with only 327,440 minted making it more scarce than the 1994 Proof Silver Eagle.  
• Contains 1 oz of .999 fine Silver.
• All coins come in original mint capsules, with its box and certificate of authenticity. 
• The obverse features Adolph Weinman's famous Walking Liberty Design first used on the 1916-47 Half Dollar. Also shown are the words "LIBERTY," "IN GOD WE TRUST" and the coin's date. 
• The reverse features a heraldic eagle design. Above it are 13 stars, 1 to represent each of the original 13 colonies. Also found on the reverse are the words "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" as well as the coin's weight and metal content.  This will be the final release of the Proof Silver Eagle with the Type I reverse minted at the West Point Mint. 
• Sovereign coin backed by the United States government with a face value of $1.00 (USD).

In 1986, the United States Mint began the American Eagle program. Since that inaugural year, with the exception of 2009, the U.S. Mint has released a Silver Proof version of the coin.  In 2021 The U.S. Mint will be releasing a Type I Silver Eagle with the original reverse design and a Type II Silver Eagle with a new reimagined reverse design.  This product will be the Type I release with the original design as seen in the photos above.  This Type I Proof Silver Eagle has a limited mintage of 327,440 making it one of the lowest minted Proof Silver Eagles in history.  Don't miss your chance to own what is sure to be one of the most desirable pieces in the collection!
