NOTE HIGHLIGHTS:

• Good / Very Good Condition. Some light staining and folds.
  
• The obverse features a portrait of George Washington. Old style reverse.
• 1928 marked the first year of the new Small Size currency type. All prior issues were much larger in size.

The reverse "Funny Back" design featured on these bills was used through 1934. A new design, similar to that of today's, was released in 1935.

Where did the name Funny Back come from? The reverse was very plain and the notes resembled play money!
